Dwayne Leslie is a mergers and acquisitions attorney and corporate strategist with deep experience across film financing, digital media, and international project development. Formerly with the global firm Jones Day and as COO & General Counsel for Geneva Films, he has advised on complex international ventures and corporate restructurings. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer for Adventist Healthcare, Dwayne guides the Fund’s international expansion, global partnerships, and legal compliance frameworks.
