Jack Fulton serves as Chairman and Managing Member of Praetorian Fund and leads the firm’s overall vision targeting unique opportunities for growth and innovation.

He is a dynamic and results-driven executive with more than 20 years of experience in sports, entertainment, and media management globally. Athletes under Fulton’s promotions and advisory services have competed on ESPN, Eurosport, HBO, and Showtime, including heavyweight champions Shannon Briggs, Hasim Rahman, and Jameel McCline.

Jack is the Founder and CEO of International Championship Boxing and Fight Zone Fitness, and he is a former Co-Owner of the NASCAR Xfinity Series race team Our Motorsports. He advises and chairs multiple sports, media, and entertainment ventures and serves on the International Board of Advisors for Montero Medical Missions.
